The most important question you need to ask yourself!
One of the important questions to ask yourself is what are you really good at? What you can do outstandingly well? And that particular answer for you is your strength. Everyone is busy around us chasing something and may not have time to notice things and traits deeply in us. The onus is on the individual to determine what he is good at and what he is made for. Everyone has this uniqueness, it’s just a matter of time & patience to figure out the same.

Once we figure this out, we have to hone it further, we have to align our purpose and achievement around that strength. We have to do what we are made for.
While hiring for TestVagrant and with previous companies, post an interview I always asked myself what is the candidate extremely good at? Trust me no one hires you for what you are aware of or have heard of or what you are mediocre in, they hire you because you are extremely good at certain skills. Every time I made a decision to hire someone, it was always biased by the candidate’s strength.
As a professional, we have to build our own distinctive competencies. These competencies help you clear the interview, help you stand out from the crowd. We have to build our strength and work on everything which is a weakness in that path.

The problem I see is, we try to be good at everything and end up being mediocre in all. We want to learn everything which is around because someone else knows it, your peer knows it. These are just pure distractions. You will always be remembered for what you are extremely good at, what your strength is.
